3 Reasons WealthTech Isn’t Cool_ezra1

Enterprise wealth management technology is a lot like a jigsaw puzzle.  Technology, operating models and strategy all have to fit perfectly to make the picture appear.  And we’ve built our company to help clients put the right pieces together.

But 2020 seems to have shaken the box and more firms are now trying to fit in new pieces they didn’t have before. Anything related to client portals, online access and digital experiences have become number one priorities.

One great way to stay on top of new technology is attending online conferences and webinars. Here are a few upcoming events that I think you should attend:

  • AdviceTech.LIVE (Aug 27) – This is a brand new event that’s generating a lot of buzz! I’m on the advisory board and can tell you it’s going to be great. I’ll be moderating a panel of portfolio management vendors that you don’t want to miss. 50% of all ticket revenue will go to the Center for Financial Planning Diversity and Inclusion Initiative. Click here to register.
  • Morningstar Investment Conference (Sep 16-17) – A terrific event for financial advisors who appreciate Morningstar products and research, are more hands on with investing, and want to learn about the future of advice. Click here to register.
  • Euromoney Global Private Banking & Wealth Management (Oct 15) – This is a premier event that normally takes place in London. I’m moderating a panel called “The Hidden Value Proposition” which is about digital technology and AI impacting global wealth firms.  Click here to register.

Stay Engaged,
Craig

Bambu is a B2B robo-advisor software that offers digital wealth services to financial and consumer businesses the ability to integrate and benefit from the ongoing digital transformation in wealth management.

Ned has been based in Asia for the past 25 years; starting his journey in FinTech since 1999 with E*TRADE as one of the very first online brokers before becoming Managing Director in 2007. He was part of the transformation of two pan-Asian stock exchanges.
